10 emo stereotypes we're all guilty of

At one point in our lives we've all been "the emo kid." Even if we don't want to admit it now, we're all guilty of some of the stereotypes. Here's a list of 10 stereotypes we've come up with. How many are you guilty of?

1. You've shopped at Hot Topic on more than one occasion.

2. There was a point where you dyed your hair an unnatural color.

3. "Welcome to the Black Parade" was a song you rocked out to more times than you're willing to admit.

4. You owed a pair of Vans in multiple different styles and colors.

5. Your closet was, or is, full of too many black bands shirts.

6. You had the typical hair cut where your hair covered most of your face, and looking back on it it wasn't your best idea.

7. Black eyeliner was an essential part of your look.

8. Warped Tour was the highlight of your summer, and you attended every year.

9. At one point you worn jeans that may have been a little too tight.

10 . You've come to the realization that it, in fact, was not a phase.
