Ed Sheeran bests Taylor Swift for seventh title as U.K.’s Most-Played Artist of the Year
Coldplay announce new album Moon Music. The album is set to drop on October 4th, 2024. Apparently, the vinyl copies will be made from 100% recycled bottles.
Well this is just awesome. George Strait broke the record for the largest ticketed concert attendance held in US history. The concert saw 110,905 fans attend at Kyle Field in College Station, Texas. Wow. That’s a lot of plaid and Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Whoa! Queen’s music catalog sold to Sony Music for $1.27 billion. The deal is the biggest acquisition of its kind beating out Sony Music’s last deal for at least $600 million for 50% of Michael Jackson’s publishing and recorded masters catalog.
Spotify quietly lets all podcasters upload videos, surpasses 250K shows. So now you Spotify users can expect to be able to watch your favorite podcasts instead of needing to rely on YouTube for the video format.
