News you may have missed! (11/30/20)
New music from Stand Atlantic, Green Day side project, Lights, Senses Fail and more!
I know this mailer is coming to you on a Monday when it normally comes on the weekend, but with everyone’s attention on the holiday weekend and holiday shopping, I thought it would be best to send this out after the fact. I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday break and stayed safe. And I hope you were able to take advantage of some of the amazing sales that happened over the weekend.
With that, let’s get to the news.
The All Punked Up Podcast
Bailey and I hosted this week's episode of The All Punked Up Podcast. Listen to us discuss Trapt hitting a new all time low after Facebook bans their account for violating the social network's community standards. The two of us also talk about how a blink-182 and Green Day joint tour was in the works as a reboot for another Pop Disaster Tour. And speaking of blink-182, Baily and I confess which album is the band's worst. On a lighter note, we touch on a recent announcement of Bandcamp launching a new live streaming service for artists, Halsey wanting to create a punk rock album, and how one guitarist stopped an attempted baby abduction in NYC. You've got to hear this.

Sponsor
Our thanks goes out to American Thrills for sponsoring All Punked Up this past week.
American Thrills is a punk rock band from Milford Connecticut featuring members of The Tired and True (Eulogy Records) and Shut up and Deal. Founded in early 2020 during a pandemic the band came together to write their debut Self Titled EP. The EP was engineered by Nick Bellmore (Make Do and Mend / Hatebreed) and Mixed/Mastered by John Naclerio (Brand New /Bayside). The band’s unique blend of upbeat punk rock with hooks for days and a sprinkle of Midwest emo caught the attention of New School Records (No Trigger / Twenty2), who will be releasing the EP later this year.
For Fans of: The Menzingers, The Gaslight Anthem, Jimmy Eat World
The debut single “Regular Blokes” was released on 11/20 and the full EP will drop on 12/18 on New School Records/The Orchard Distribution. Check out the band’s new single below.
