It’s Sunday and here’s another mailer just for you! This week brings us some weird news about Machine Gun Kelly possibly canceling PVRIS from a Boston show? When we know more, we’ll let you know. Also, here’s all you need to know about Sad Summer Fest 2022. Oh, and after four weeks off, the podcast is back with a brand new episode! And you also need to check out Avril Lavigne's cover of Adele’s “Hello” (spoiler: it’s incredible).
OUT MONDAY: Drive-Thru Records announcement + Shitting out and plagiarising songs
After a four-week break, we're baaaack! This week, Tyler and Bailey discuss the recent Drive-Thru Records announcement. Spoiler alert: they were correct in their speculations from the episode prior. But they wonder if there is more. Additionally, they talk about a recent ruling in favor of Ed Sheeran NOT plagiarising a song, how the ones doing the suing got the shit end of the stick on this one, and what this could mean for future artists suing over plagiarism. And speaking of shit, there's one artist who loves to use his shitter as lyrical inspiration. It's their first week back in a while, so sit back, relax and enjoy the bumpy ride that was this episode.
