The Story So Far part ways with bassist Kelen Carpener. Here’s his full statement: “I’d like you all to hear it from me that I am no longer a member of The Story So Far. Although the decision wasn’t my own, I understand and accept it and support my friends with sincere love in my heart as they set out to accomplish new creative goals. I have been a part of this band for the greater part of my life, but I’m at peace with moving on, as my identity and happiness aren’t inextricably tied to our materialized dream. Thank you for years of support in this facet of my life, and please ‑with my blessing- continue to support the band as you always have. I genuinely love and wish them all the best. I’ll see you all again down the road. Love always, Kelen.”
