Yellowcard reunite + Paramore announce new song + NEW MUSIC!
Time for another mailer! It wasn’t a big news week last week, but there was some good music released. Some notable news includes the reunion of Yellowcard and then Paramore announcing a new song. Let’s dig in!
Our interview with Hoobastank guitarist Dan Estrin
This week, John and Tyler got to hang out with guitarist Dan Estrin from the band Hoobastank! Hoobastank has been a band for nearly 30 years and they are still going strong. And that is no easy feat to obtain. Like a lot of our conversations, we talked about the early beginnings of the band and how they formed. We talked about how the original sound of Hoobastank may surprise some people. We discuss the band’s rise to fame, from getting signed to Island Records to releasing their debut single “Crawling In The Dark”. And then we talk about all of the things they are currently doing from celebrating the 20th anniversary of their self-titled album, a co-headlining tour, and whether or not we can be expecting new music.
Dan was a wealth of knowledge in this episode so you’ll definitely want to stick around until the end.
