News you may have missed! (9/30/19)
My thoughts and plans on All Punked Up, an 80s version of a MCR song and a new compilation to check out
Yo! Hope everyone is doing well and has had a great weekend. I’ve been busy this week laying out plans for the new All Punked Up store. I’d really like to see this part of the business take off, but I’m still having a hard time balancing both the store and news site—meaning, spending enough time on both. I’ll figure this part out though. I do a lot of things on the side, so I think I’ll need to clear up time by letting one or two of my side projects go away. We’ll see.
This week saw some fun things come our way. Nothing too excited in the form of news, however. So let’s get to it.
News you may have missed…
I usually like to kick off this section with a shameless plug. The All Punked Up store is now offering FREE SHIPPING on all domestic U.S. orders over $30! There is no coupon code required for this as the FREE SHIPPING is applied automatically at checkout. Happy shopping! Oh, and rumor has it, the PUNKED10 coupon still works. So you can really do some saving. Don’t tell anyone ;)
Speaking of blink-182, you can watch blink-182 react to teens reacting to blink-182. Pretty cool stuff here.
All Time Low announces ‘Nothing Personal’ shows and documentary
Hopeless Records announces new volume of “Songs That Saved My Life” compilation
If Green Day’s “American Idiot” was written in the style of blink-182, it’d sound like this
There’s an 80s version of My Chemical Romance’s “Helena” you need to hear
All Punked Up specific news…
One of my next main focuses will be on the allpunkedup.com site. As mentioned in other mailers, I want to refresh the site and give it a new look. My ideas for the new design is something minimal. Nothing too distracting. But yet somehow clean and edgy(?). I’ll know it when I see it. If you have any ideas, let me know at info@allpunkedup.com. I’d like to know what you like and don’t like about the current site.
As I mentioned above, I really want to see the All Punked Up store grow. I love this part of the All Punked Up brand. This means that I’ll need to layout a game plan for marketing and more designs. Pretty much all sales from the store will go right back into the store. This means all of the money will either go towards marketing campaigns or expenses to keep the store open. Thanks to everyone who has purchased something already! It really means a lot. I’m blown away at the response so far. You all rock!
Again, The All Punked Up store is now offering FREE SHIPPING on all domestic U.S. orders over $30. Oh, and rumor has it, the PUNKED10 coupon still works. So if you haven’t purchased anything yet, now’s a great time to do so!
